Key Features:
Web-based creation, searching and retrieval of patient medical records. Physicians can create and process medical reports online; review, re-work, and sign, transcribed dictated-notes; authorize alternate signers; and get instant access to all "Draft" pre-signed notes. Medical Records dept.gains web-based access to management reports. Security and confidentiality features track and log all user access and distinguish between different types of users, giving them differing access/change privileges.
Hardware & Software Environment: Application in Cold Fusion on Windows NT. Sybase database on DEC Alpha.
