Analysis Reports

CITS provides a number of useful reports to analyze trend information as well as to retrieve a particular report or sets of reports quickly based on user-defined criteria.

Retrieving Specific Incident Reports

• Users can “run” reports on all Incident Reports that have been submitted for a specific date range, department, and/or location
• Reports can also be run by Incident Report Number to quickly retrieve a specific report
  
  

Incident Type Trends Reports

• Users can “run” reports on Incident Type trends for a specific date range, department, and/or location.
• A graphical pie chart is included when running this report
  
  

Root Cause Trends Report

• Users can “run” reports on Root Cause trends for a specific date range, department, and/or location.
• A graphical pie chart is included when running this report
